I’m a Product Designer with a technical background. I’ve spent 10+ years designing enterprise software like authentication frameworks, manufacturing systems, IoT platforms and logistics infrastructure.

Currently at Citrix, leading product design for Zero Trust Network Access and Netscaler’s security infrastructure.

My Design Process

I follow the Double-Diamond process - discover, define, develop and deliver. Not because it’s a framework everyone uses, but because it keeps me from designing before I know what the actual problem is.

 

The hardest part? Forcing myself to stay in discovery longer than feels comfortable. That’s usually where the real insights show up.

Redesigned Netscaler’s multi-factor authentication flows. Made the configuration phase more manageable for admins running enterprise deployments.

The design for sales pitch of SAP’s integrated solution to Tata Steel. The designs directly contributed to SAP securing contracts with Tata Steel (India’s largest steel manufacturer)

Complex solution like logistics require complex invoicing. This project tackled this through multiple iterations (some from scratch) across weeks of prototyping. One of SAP’s hardest usecases.

About Me

I began my career writing code, building SAPUI5 components, front-end systems, and foundation layers.

For years, I shaped how things worked under the hood. But I kept seeing only a fraction of the product - the logic, not the life.

 

I realized what I truly wanted was to design the whole experience. To solve problems at scale, shape how people interact with systems, make complex technology, comprehensible. That impulse traces back to my childhood: constantly taking things apart to understand how they work, then rebuilding them.

 

So I moved into design, to bring the two worlds together.

 

Now, I lead UX for enterprise platforms at Citrix, previously at SAP. I design security systems, authentication frameworks and data-heavy interfaces - the kind of work that requires both technical depth and an understanding of how people actually work in large scale systems.

 

Hence, I think in systems. I design for context. I build for people who need clarity, not decoration.

 

Outside of work, I play drums, read fiction (mostly), or play with my kids. Philosophy, history and classical / alternate rock music keep me sane and grounded.
